Refund policy

At IK Furnishing, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Non-returnable items: Custom-made, clearance, or assembled products cannot be returned unless defective.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Exchanges: We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately with photos.

• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
